Reset your password

Having trouble logging in? Try resetting your password.

  1. On the login page, click "Forgot your password?" (or click here).
  2. Enter the email address you signed up with and click "Submit".
  3. You'll receive an email with instructions to choose a new password.
  4. Try logging in again!


If you're still unable to log in, there are a couple more things you can try.

  1. If your email or password is filled in automatically by your device, browser, or password manager, try typing them in manually instead. Be sure to double-check the spelling of both your email and password. Please note your password is CaSe-SeNsItIvE.
  2. Double-check that you're using the right email address. To verify this, you can search your email for messages from noreply@flirtu.al. If you've changed the email address on your Flirtual account, you'll need to log in with your new email.
  3. If you signed up before August 2024, you also have a username you can log in with instead of your email address. Try both.
  4. Try logging in with a different web browser or device.
  5. If you're still having trouble, you may need to temporarily disable your password manager or auto-fill functionality of your browser or device. Sometimes this software can interfere with logging in.
  6. You may also be unable to log in if you're using an outdated operating system or web browser. Check for software updates or try another device.˜
